Junior & Intermediate Campers (Ages 8-12) Fun! Adventure! New friends! In the Junior programs for ages 8-10, campers live for 7 days in groups with other campers the same age and gender, led by two trained counselors. Intermediate campers aged 10-12 extend the same experience over 10 days. Nestled in the pines, while tenting on Zeden and Ispuchaw Lakes, campers get a taste of wilderness living. Spend your morning paddling silently to get close to a beaver lodge. In the afternoon we will switch into high gear for a rowdy game of flags! The evening activities include liturgy and singing in the chapel, then back to the campsite for cocoa and snacks around the campfire. Spend your summer exploring nature, making new friends and having fun! |

Campers can earn badges for levels attained in canoeing, naturelore and orienteering. See the In-Camp Activities page for more information! Other activities include out-trips to nearby lakes and streams. Use your skills to orienteer to the sites, cook your meals and build your shelter. Try your luck at fishing, learn how to track animals, the list is endless! When you return to camp head to the beach for a cooling swim, or just to relax. Visit the Out-Trips page to learn more! At the closing ceremonies, campers share their adventures with parents and friends. Spend part of your summer exploring nature, making new friends and having fun.
